Lucy Pye

Lucy Pye has extensive experience in customer success and support, currently serving as Team Manager of Customer Success at Workiva since September 2019. Prior to this role, Lucy progressed through various positions at Workiva, including Lead Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager. Before joining Workiva, Lucy held the position of Client Support Manager at CenturyLink from May 2018 to September 2019. Additional experience includes roles as a Customer Support Specialist at Varsity Tutors, and in operations and client services at Charles Schwab, where Lucy worked as an Associate - Operations and Client Service Professional from January 2015 to May 2017.
