Nick Ohrt is an experienced professional in customer success management with a strong background in leading teams and enhancing customer relationships. Currently serving as Team Manager of Customer Success at Workiva since October 2017, Nick previously held the role of Lead Customer Success Manager. Prior to Workiva, Nick worked at Dice Inc. as a Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities included supporting sales, upselling, and maintaining customer satisfaction, while also leading group projects for process improvement. Earlier experience includes substantial roles at The HON Company, including Customer Solutions Team Leader, where leadership and coaching were vital, and at John Deere, where data analysis and reporting contributed to process enhancements. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing from Wartburg College.
