Oscar Pena

Oscar Pena is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in engineering roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at Workiva since June 2024, Oscar previously held positions as a Senior Software Engineer at Sustain.Life and 4Sided from September 2022 to June 2024. Oscar’s engineering expertise was further developed at Intelligent Retail Lab by Walmart and Jet.com. Oscar also has a foundational background in marketing as a Marketing Analyst at Vets First Choice and entrepreneurial experience as the Founder and Developer of Livhub. Earlier roles include Solution Development Manager at ITADSecurity and a Summer Analyst at Bulltick Capital Markets. Oscar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bowdoin College and has completed additional training at Fullstack Academy.
