Alexandra Gifuni

Alexandra Gifuni is a professional with extensive experience in technical content management and writing. Currently serving as the Manager of Technical Content at Workleap since September 2021, Alexandra is based in Montreal and contributes to the company's ecosystem aimed at driving business excellence. Prior to this role, Alexandra held various positions at ShareGate from August 2016 to September 2021, including Team Lead of Technical Content and Technical Content Manager. Alexandra began a career in technical writing at Tecsys Inc. from July 2012 to July 2016, focusing on creating and editing technical and instructional documentation. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and Philosophy from Concordia University, completed in 2012, as well as a DEC in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Champlain College, Saint-Lambert, graduated in 2009.
