Catherine Ouellet-Dupuis

Catherine Ouellet-Dupuis is a seasoned legal and corporate strategy professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Strategy & Corporate Development Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Workleap, Catherine oversees legal, cybersecurity, and risk management functions. Recognized as one of the "Top Women in Law in North America" by Vanguard Law Magazine in 2020, Catherine also advises Novisto and has contributed to academia as a guest lecturer at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management. Previous roles include Associate in the Corporate/Commercial group at Stikeman Elliott LLP, where significant contributions were made to IPO processes and M&A transactions, and co-founder of YPs for Startups, which facilitated support for startups. Catherine holds a BCL/LLB and a B.Com in Finance from McGill University, along with a B.Com in Finance from HKUST Business School.
