Benjamin Suchar is the founder and CEO of Worklife, a company that helps families find quality caregivers safely and efficiently. Prior to Worklife, Suchar was the CEO of HelperChoice, a company that provides a comprehensive online service for caregivers, including online payment and automated administrative procedures. Suchar also founded and was the CEO of Yoopies, a platform that offers families in Europe a way to find quality caregivers safely and efficiently. Yoopies also has a B2B solution, YoopiesAtWork, which helps companies improve the work life balance of their employees. Suchar has also worked as an analyst at DN Capital and as a business development manager at Tree-Nation.

Benjamin Suchar has a Master's in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Master's in Management, Corporate Finance, Strategy, and Marketing from emlyon business school.
