Katrien Meire

Katrien Meire is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the sports and legal sectors. Currently serving as the Founder and Executive Director of WorkNomads since January 2021 and a Non Executive Director at Unifiedpost Group since September 2020, Katrien has previously held significant positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Club Brugge and CEO at Sheffield Wednesday Football Club. Additional leadership roles include serving on the FA Council and the Sports Board at the University of Greenwich. With a strong foundation in law, including an LLM in Competition Law from UCL and a Bachelor's and Master's degree from KU Leuven, along with experience in legal roles at Standard de Liège, Baker & McKenzie, and Olswang, Katrien Meire brings a blend of legal expertise and strategic management to their endeavors.
