Sanura Montgiraud Scott

Sanura Montgiraud Scott is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as the Clinical Team Lead and bilingual EAP Counselor at Workplace Options since April 2022. With a strong background in providing single-session therapy, conducting assessments, and supporting participants through safety planning and follow-up outreach, Sanura has effectively managed high volumes of inbound calls while utilizing clinical judgment for referrals. Previous roles include CBT Coach at the Canadian Mental Health Association, where Sanura guided clients through self-help programs and conducted risk assessments, as well as positions as a Community Mental Health Worker and Residential Crisis Support Worker.
