Daniel Pritchard

Daniel Pritchard has worked in the software engineering industry since 2006. Theirfirst job was as a Software Engineer at Crushpad in 2006. Daniel then worked as a Consultant in 2010 and as a Software Engineer at Adknowledge in 2010. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at One Kings Lane, where they started as a Software Engineer, then became a Senior Software Engineer, and eventually a Manager of Software Engineering. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Bed Bath & Beyond as a Senior Manager, Engineering. Theircurrent job is at WorkRamp, where they have been the Engineering Manager since 2022. In this role, they lead a team of frontend and backend developers, and is responsible for mentoring engineers, hiring new talent, setting engineering priorities, and maintaining a strong and healthy team culture.
