Brian W. Robinson has over 30 years of work experience in sales and marketing. Brian began their career in 1984 as a Territory Sales Manager for Coca-Cola USA in Arkansas and Kansas. During this time, they were a district leader in sales accomplishments versus goals, and developed and introduced a comprehensive marketing program for the convenience store channel.

In 1988, they joined Johnson & Johnson Medical as a Senior Sales Representative and was ranked in the top 20% of the National Field Sales Force. Brian was then promoted to Senior Sales Representative at Johnson & Johnson Medical's Surgical Specialties Division in 1990. During this time, they earned a National Product Award for greatest sales increase versus prior year and developed an unprecedented marketing approach.

In 1991, they joined Ethicon, Inc. as a Sales Consultant and was awarded for sales achievement and business growth. Brian was then one of 23 representatives chosen nationally to help develop competency modeling for hiring of Breast Care Specialists.

In 1997, they joined Johnson & Johnson - Biopsys Division as a Breast Care Specialist and broke all previous corporate sales records for ultrasound table placements within 10 months of hire. Brian was then awarded the Regional Crown Club Award for most biopsy device placements.

In 2004, they founded Purpose Group as a Process Consultant, helping high performing individuals and companies understand and articulate their strengths, clarify their unique selling proposition, and position their product and/or service to maximize growth potential.

In 2007, they co-founded The Ultimate Challenge, an 8-week coaching program for entrepreneurs.

In 2018, they founded Brian Robinson and began working as a Podcast Host, Best-Selling Author, Dynamic Podcast Host & Guest, and Sales Coach. Brian helps sales professionals understand and adjust their selling approach to bring results to a brand new level. Brian also wrote the Amazon #1 Best Seller book, THE SELLING FORMULA: 5 Steps For Instant Sales Improvement.

Finally, they have been a VP Strategic Partnerships at Works24 since 2000.

Brian W. Robinson has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Oklahoma City University in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Valparaiso University.
