Cathy Currie

Cathy Currie is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the People & Culture Business Manager and previously as Disability Health Manager and People & Culture Partner at WorkSafeBC since June 2020. With a strong background at WorkSafeBC, Cathy held roles as Senior HR Advisor and Regional HR Operations Manager from May 2000 to April 2013. Additionally, Cathy's experience includes a position as Human Resources Manager for the City of Richmond from April 2013 to April 2014. Academic qualifications include a Certified Professional Coactive Coach designation from the Coaches Training Institute, a Certificate in Conflict Resolution with a specialization in Mediation from the Justice Institute of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of British Columbia.
