Julia Foster

Julia Foster is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Workshop - Catalyzing Change for Workers Rights since April 2024, Julia previously held various senior roles at Community Change from 2001 to 2023, including Chief of Staff, Director of People and Culture, and Senior Advisor to the COO/CFO. Julia's extensive background also includes positions such as Director of Organizational Planning and Management, Deputy Director of Finance, and Development Manager, among others. Julia Foster holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland.
