Justin Himebaugh

Justin Himebaugh has worked in the finance and accounting industry since 1993. Justin began their career as a Manager at Leaps and Bounds and then moved on to ProVia Software as an Assistant Controller, where they implemented the Tecsys CDI project based accounting system, prepared financial statements, and designed and implemented a full reporting package. In 2000, they became Controller at Informs, where they maintained all vendor, insurance, and banking relationships, oversaw accounting and warehouse staff, and helped implement several new initiatives and expand existing lines of business. From 2002 to 2007, they were the Controller at Driesenga & Associates, where they implemented the Deltek project based accounting system and maintained all vendor and banking relationships. Justin was also a member of the management team, helping to steer the company, and streamlining the accounting department to facilitate better project management. From 2007 to 2009, they were the COO and CFO at Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP Inc.), where they implemented from scratch all accounting and reporting systems. Justin also helped formulate and implement the vision and strategy for improving the regional economy. From 2009 to 2016, they were the VP of Finance at HRU Technical Resources, where they implemented Ultrastaff, a fully integrated Applicant tracking system, and improved the reporting and rolled out performance metrics to boost productivity. Since 2016, they have been the Controller at Automated Logistics Systems, LLC., and since 2018, they have been the Director of Finance at Worksighted, Inc.

Justin Himebaugh attended Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting.
