Colin McDonagh

Colin McDonagh has extensive experience in workforce strategy, partnerships, and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Workforce Strategy & Partnerships at Worksome since August 2023, Colin has also held the role of Strategic Advisor at CandidateX since May 2021. Prior experience includes positions at Velocity Global as Vice President of Partnerships and Vice President of Emerging Business, as well as providing strategic advice at Utmost during its stealth phase leading to its acquisition by Beeline. Colin's history at Meta involved multiple roles related to contingent workforce management, while earlier roles include leadership positions at Allegis Global Solutions and Noel Recruitment. Colin began a career at Starbucks Coffee Company as a Retail Manager. Academically, Colin holds an MSc in Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and prior education from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
