Jacob Williams

Jacob Williams has diverse work experience in various industries. Jacob currently serves as a Global Account Director at Worksome, where they lead client relationships and drives growth through strategic planning. Prior to that, they founded and led SLOTIN, an embedded talent solutions business catering to the advertising and digital industries. Jacob also worked at FRWD@Bain as a Talent Project Lead, providing project leadership for strategic advisory and delivery projects in the Talent Acquisition team.

Earlier in their career, Jacob held the role of Talent Acquisition Director at Brainlabs, where they conducted a thorough review and enhancement of the recruitment process. Jacob also served as a Talent Acquisition Director at Essence, where they played a key role in talent acquisition and management across various positions. Prior to that, they held coaching roles in rugby clubs, including Millwall Rugby Club and East London Rugby Club.

Jacob's previous experience also includes roles at Nando's UK & IRE as a Talent Acquisition Advisor and at Havas Media Group UK as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Furthermore, they worked as a Senior Executive Search Consultant and Senior iSearch Partner at Reed Leadership Practice, overseeing recruitment campaigns for high-level positions. Jacob also worked as a Search Consultant in Senior Finance. Overall, Jacob Williams has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, project leadership, and business development throughout their career.

Jacob Williams attended Palmer's College from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a BTEC Extended Diploma in Performing Arts. Following that, they enrolled at the University of East London in 2012 and completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature in 2013. In addition to their academic achievements, Jacob also obtained a Rugby Ready Qualification from the Rugby Football Union in November 2014 and a BTEC Extended National Diploma in Performing Arts from BTEC in September 2012.
