Javeria Zafar has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Javeria started their career as a Cashier and Sales Associate at The Children's Place in 2009. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Program Coordinator at Suffolk County Community College. Javeria then joined Stony Brook University as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant in 2013. In 2014, Javeria worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Western Suffolk BOCES. In 2015, they joined Weill Cornell Medicine as a Training Lead/Customer Service Representative. From 2017 to 2018, they held the position of Senior Customer Solutions Specialist (Internal Title: Senior Enrollment Services Specialist) at New York Institute of Technology. Following that, they took on the role of Customer Success Manager (Internal Title: Manager-Enrollment Management & Strategic Communications) at the same company from 2018 to 2023. Currently, they work as a Customer Success Manager at Worksome.
