Clifton Gadsden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and economic development. Currently serving as the Career Education Manager at WorkSource Montgomery, Clifton focuses on aligning talent development with local economic needs. As Founder and CEO of Alastor Senior Consultants since 2015, Clifton provides personalized needs analysis-driven plans in health, life, and financial services. Clifton's educational contributions include roles as Adjunct Lecturer at Washington Adventist University and various teaching positions at multiple academies, where a strong emphasis was placed on creating rigorous coursework and engaging classroom environments.
