Dennis Allio's work experience includes a range of roles in various organizations. In 1992, they had a co-op position as a Chemical Engineering Co-op at The Lubrizol Corporation. From 1994 to 2001, they worked as a Software Engineer and Systems Manager at Parker Hannifin. In 2001, they worked as a Wizard and Software Engineer/Architect at Motivo, where they contributed to projects such as Bacardi.com and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. From 2001 to 2003, Dennis worked as a Software Developer at Workstate. In 2003, they joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Software Engineer/Consultant, designing software for mortgage loss prevention. In 2004, they founded Sage Webworks, a web development and design agency based in San Francisco. Finally, in 2014, Dennis merged Sage Webworks with Workstate and became the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of the merged company, working on complex technical development initiatives and strategy.

Dennis Allio obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron, graduating between the years 1989 and 1994.
