Bianca Wieczorek

Bianca Wieczorek has held a variety of roles in the past decade. Bianca began their career in 2010 as a Sales Associate and Assistant Visual Merchandiser at BCBG Max Azria Group. In 2012, they joined Groupon as an Account Executive, where they worked with local business owners and studied industry specific trends. After six months, they were promoted to Merchant Development Manager, where they managed a portfolio of over 300 accounts across multiple industries. In 2018, they were promoted again to Merchant Development Director, where they managed a portfolio of key accounts in the food and beverage industry, generating $3 million gross profit annually. In 2022, they joined WorkStep as an Enterprise Account Executive, helping HR, Operations, and Supply Chain leaders engage with their hourly associates.

Bianca Wieczorek has an educational background that spans from 2003 to 2011. Bianca attended Winter Park High School from 2003 to 2007, graduating with a High School Diploma and an International Baccalaureate. Bianca then attended Boston University from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics.
