Brooke Lavallee has over 10 years of work experience. Brooke began their career in 2010 as a Marketing Department Product Analyst Intern at Laddawn, Inc. In the summer and winter of 2012, they worked independently on creating certification documents for all Laddawn Inc. products to be published on Laddawn.com and developed Laddawn's Twitter account to engage customers and build relationships. In 2013, they held two positions, an Undergraduate Programs Office Administrative Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Store Executive Intern at Kohl's Department Stores. In 2014, they were a Business Development Intern at Millward Brown Digital (Compete.com). From 2015 to 2017, Brooke held three positions at Millward Brown Digital (Compete): Strategic Account Manager, Business Development Associate, and Account Retention Specialist. Brooke currently holds three roles at WorkStep since 2021, Manager of Customer Success, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager.
Brooke Lavallee is currently attending the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they are studying Marketing at the Isenberg School of Management. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Google Analytics and Sandler Training.
