Walter Coots

Walter Coots has worked in the design industry since 2005. Walter began as a Web Designer at KnightWorks Consulting, followed by a role as Web Designer at imageVisible. In 2006, they moved to Intuit as a Senior Interaction Designer. In 2009, they became Lead Designer at The Daily Dot, followed by Senior Designer at Foxtrot Design in 2015. In 2017, they took on the role of Lead Designer at Insitome, and then Senior Product Designer at EverlyWell in 2018. In 2019, they moved to T3 as a Senior Product Designer, and in 2021 they became Head of Design at Unilease. Most recently, in 2022, they joined WorkStep as a Senior Product Designer.

Walter Coots completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in New Media from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2009. Prior to that, they attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2003 to 2006, studying Art. From 2002 to 2003, they attended The Art Institutes, studying Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design. Walter also attended Cooper UX Boot Camp.
