Debra Lord

Debra Lord, currently the President at Job Ready Services at Paragon Group and Co-Founder of Job Ready Services, LLC, has over 40 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. With a background in industrial rehabilitation services and working directly with employers, Debra specializes in developing policies and programs that ensure EEOC and ADA compliance while reducing risks and costs. Prior to their current roles, Debra was a Provider at WorkSTEPS and served as the Industrial Rehabilitation Supervisor at Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic. Lord's education includes a BS in Physical Therapy, Ergonomics, and Industrial Rehab from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
