John Intrater

John Intrater is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in product design and management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Design at Coinbase since June 2022, John leads a design organization of approximately 40 professionals focused on consumer products. In addition to this role, John has been providing advisory services to Workstream since 2019. Prior to Coinbase, John held significant positions at Dapper Labs and Okta, where responsibilities included building and leading design teams for innovative products and services. John's career includes key roles at LendingHome, Eatwith, Wheelz, and Forty Forty Agency, showing a strong background in various facets of product design and brand management. Educational qualifications include a BFA in Design from Syracuse University and an MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts.
