Helena van Berkum serves as the Head of Customer Success at Workstream since May 2023, previously holding the position of Senior Manager in Customer Success at Slack from May 2020 to April 2023, where expertise in both High Touch / Enterprise and Scaled Customer Success was developed. Helena's career includes a managerial role in Deloitte's Human Capital practice focusing on Technology and FinTech from September 2018 to April 2020, and prior experience as a Consultant Manager at Slalom Consulting, specializing in Technology and Digital transformation from July 2016 to September 2018. Earlier positions also include Senior Consultant roles at Deloitte and management consultancy work at Able and How, supplemented by foundational experience as a Junior Consultant at CBE Consultants from 2007 to 2011. Helena holds an MSc in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam and a BSc in International Business Administration from VU University Amsterdam.
