Colleen Grafton (She/Her)

Colleen Grafton (She/Her) has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Colleen is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at WorkTango Inc. since June 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at Paro.io from January 2020 to May 2021.

Between 2016 and 2020, Colleen worked at ActiveCampaign, Inc, starting as a Developer in July 2016 and later transitioning to an L3 Full Stack Developer from January 2017 to January 2020.

In 2015, Colleen worked as a Software Engineer at ThreadMeUp, where they focused on improving the platform as a back-end PHP developer and on the production tools integrated with external contractor's APIs using Node.

Before that, Colleen had a role as a Web Developer at Red Frog Events from May 2014 to July 2015. During their time there, they planned, engineered, and maintained web contests, surveys, and quizzes for major music festivals. Colleen also resolved bugs for widely used ticketing platforms and created automated features to improve customer service.

Colleen also gained experience as an I.T. Manager at Red Frog Events in 2014, where they implemented a project management system and achieved a high approval rating for the I.T. department.

Colleen'searlier roles include Desktop Support Technician at St. Ambrose University from August 2011 to December 2013 and an I.T. Support Internship at Red Frog Events from May 2012 to August 2012.

Colleen Grafton (She/Her) pursued their education starting in 2010 at North Central College, where they engaged in general education courses as a transfer student. In 2011, they then enrolled at St. Ambrose University and dedicated their studies to various subjects. Colleen successfully completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Network Administration, with a minor in Computer Information Systems, along with Philosophy coursework.
