Torin Koos

Torin Koos, OLY, currently serves as Communication Manager and FINA Communication Manager at World Aquatics since December 2021, overseeing strategic communications and content creation for FINA’s events and initiatives. Previously, Torin was the Global Digital Content Lead at FIBA in 2021 and Head of Media and Communications at FISU from 2017 to 2021, where responsibilities included driving digital strategies and media efforts for major global events. Additional experience includes coaching the Tanzanian National Ski Team, working with the IOC Athlete Career Programme, serving as an investigative news producer, and covering athletics for various media outlets. Torin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication, a Master’s in Professional Communication, and has completed advanced education in Data Analytics and Entrepreneurship.
