Gary Rice

Gary Rice is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in treasury investment operations. Currently serving as the Head of Treasury Investment Operations at the World Bank Group since January 2009, Gary has demonstrated leadership and expertise in financial management. Prior to this role, Gary held the position of Manager at Freddie Mac from 2000 to 2005. Gary's academic foundation includes a degree from Arizona State University, where studies were completed from 1994 to 1998.
