Maaike Doorman

Maaike Doorman currently serves as the People Operations Lead at the World Benchmarking Alliance since July 2023. Previously, Maaike held the position of HR Director at Anonyome Labs, Inc., focusing on people analytics and enhancing company culture from January 2021 to July 2023, after also serving as HR Manager. Other notable experiences include Human Resources Manager for the Australian Anti Ice Campaign, where responsibilities encompassed policies, training, and team development, and a project on team development for Semini Custom Feeds. Additionally, Maaike completed traineeships at Universitair Medisch Centrum Groningen, Talent Solutions Ltd, and Gasunie, and has held various leadership roles in academic settings. Maaike earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hanze and has proficiency in English from Chichester College.
