Peter Fletcher's work experience begins in 2001, where they worked as a Control & Risk Advisor at State Street Global Advisors until 2002. In 2004, they became a Diamond Consultant at the Australian Diamond Trading Corporation. From 2005 to 2014, they held the position of General Manager of World Challenge Asia-Pacific at TUI. In 2015, they achieved the Guinness World Record for the fastest 24 hours in an ocean rowing boat while rowing across the North Atlantic as part of Achieving Big Dreams. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as the Global Sales Director and later as the Group Managing Director at World Challenge. Most recently, starting in 2021, they have served as a Non-Executive Director at Student Educational Travel Organisation.
Peter Fletcher completed their Senior Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a 1st Class Honors degree in BSc Economics & Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff, from 1998 to 2001. Peter also attended King's College Taunton from 1992 to 1997. Additionally, they completed the High Performance Managers Program at Melbourne Business School in 2007.
