Hafsat Abiola-Costello

Hafsat Abiola-Costello is a distinguished leader and advocate with extensive experience in governance, development, and women's empowerment. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Connected Women Leaders and Board Member of World Connect, Inc., Hafsat also holds the position of President at Women In Africa. As a non-executive President of KIND, an organization born from the Nigerian democracy movement, Hafsat previously served as Founder and Executive Director. Additionally, Hafsat has contributed to the World Future Council as a Councillor, promoting sustainable development initiatives. Notably, Hafsat served as Special Adviser to the Governor of Ogun State for Trade & Investment and on Millennium Development Goals. Other past roles include CEO of China Africa Bridge and member of the Global Advisory Council for the International Museum of Women. An alumnus of Harvard University with degrees in Development Economics and International Development, Hafsat's educational background also includes advanced studies at Tsinghua University and Harvard Kennedy School, emphasizing a commitment to leadership and public policy.
