Federico Ronca has a diverse work experience in various industries including food systems, technology, and social innovation. Federico is currently working at the World Economic Forum as the Lead of Data and Digital Solutions for Food and Water. Prior to that, they were a Project Specialist for the Food Systems Initiative at the same organization. In 2019, they were a Partner at VETZ Aperitivo, and from 2017 to 2021, they held roles at Sweden Foodtech, including Innovation Programs Director and Foodtech Village Community Manager. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Innovation Project Manager at tree srl, and from 2015 to 2017, they were an Assistant to the Chair of Human Resource Management and Corporate Communication at LUISS. Additionally, in 2014, they interned at Telecom Italia Information Technology (TI.IT) s.r.l. as a People Value Intern. Federico also had an internship at ItaliaCamp as an Events & Communication Intern and later served on their board.
Federico Ronca obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Luiss Guido Carli University between 2009 and 2012. Federico further pursued their education at the same university and received a Master's degree in Government and Public Communications, with a focus on "Political Institutions and Administration," during the period of 2012 to 2014.
