Hanh Nguyen

Hanh Nguyen is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in sustainable development, trade, and food systems. Currently serving as a Project Specialist for the Ocean Action Agenda at the World Economic Forum, Hanh leads initiatives aimed at enhancing ocean stewardship in collaboration with business leaders. Previous roles include supporting the Director-General at the World Trade Organization and contributing to the Standards and Trade Development Facility. Hanh's expertise in food value chains was further developed during tenure as a Food Value Chains Expert at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, where training and publications on sustainable food systems were key contributions. Academic credentials include an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Oxford and additional degrees in Globalization & Development Studies, and Economics & International Relations from Maastricht University and Amsterdam University College, respectively.
