Kristen Panerali

Kristen Panerali has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kristen is currently the Head of Clean Power and Electrification Programmes at the World Economic Forum, where they lead program work and partnerships focused on clean power and energy transformation. Kristen also works closely with power and energy technology leaders in business and government. Prior to this, Kristen was the Head of Electricity Industry at the World Economic Forum.

Before joining the World Economic Forum, Kristen served as the Managing Director of Business Development at Silver Ridge Power, formerly AES Solar. Kristen was responsible for driving business development initiatives in the company.

Kristen also has extensive experience at The AES Corporation, where they held various roles including Country Manager for France. In this role, they oversaw acquisitions, project development, finance, construction, and operations for utility-scale solar photovoltaic plants. Kristen also held the position of Country Representative and Project Manager at The AES Corporation.

Furthermore, Kristen worked as a Consultant to USAID funded projects and served in various political positions at the White House. Kristen was involved in the National Economic Council, the White House Office of Management and Budget, Legislative Affairs, and also served as a Special Assistant to the Ambassador at the US Embassy in Romania.
