Michelle Mormont

Lead, Innovator Communities at World Economic Forum

Michelle Mormont has a diverse range of work experience. Michelle started their career as an intern at Monkeypod Jam, where they worked with Kauai farmers to create seasonal preserves. Michelle then interned at Cisco, where they designed and executed social media strategies and updated the company's website. Michelle also interned at the San Francisco Bay Area Super Bowl 50 Host Committee, where they contributed to the planning and logistics of the event.

Following their internships, Michelle joined Sprinklr as an Implementation Specialist, where they helped the world's largest brands manage their customer experience on social media platforms. Michelle later became a Managed Services Consultant, where they served as a project manager, account lead, and platform strategy consultant for clients. Michelle's next role was at Clari as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where they used AI and automation to help B2B organizations drive growth and improve sales forecasting.

Michelle then joined the World Economic Forum, first as part of the Acceleration Team and then as the Growth Strategies Lead for the Global Innovators & New Champions. Currently, they hold the position of Lead, Innovator Communities.

Michelle Mormont studied at Brown University where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Comparative Literature. Michelle also attended the Stockholm School of Economics for a semester abroad, focusing on Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including Clari Admin Certification from Clari obtained in July 2019, Paid Media Professional from Sprinklr obtained in January 2016, Cisco Social Media Specialist from Cisco Systems, Inc. obtained in July 2013, and Cisco Partner Marketing Professional from Cisco Systems, Inc. obtained in June 2013.
