Jessica Lutz has extensive experience in communications and marketing roles. Jessica started their career as a Sales and Marketing Intern at BorgWarner and Torca Products, Inc. In 2007, they interned as a Political Consulting Intern at Andrew Sharp Consulting, where they later worked as a Strategic Advisor, focusing on business development and political communications.

In 2009, Jessica joined URAC as a Marketing Specialist, where they played a key role in the organization's rebranding process.
