Nicholas Adimoolah

Nicholas Adimoolah has over 20 years of work experience, starting with their positions in Internal Audit at Ernst & Young from 2006 to 2010. Nicholas then joined World Fuel Services, where they held various roles of increasing authority and responsibility in Internal Audit from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Senior Audit Manager, leading and managing the global Internal Audit function. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Director of Business Integration, where they led the due diligence and global integration for the company's largest and most complex acquisition. Nicholas also managed other M&A and strategic business activities. In 2019, they became the Vice President, Internal Audit/Chief Audit Executive, overseeing the Internal Audit function and serving as a liaison with executive management and external auditors. In 2023, they were promoted to Vice President of Finance, where they currently hold this position.

Nicholas Adimoolah holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Florida International University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting at the same university from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, Nicholas has obtained the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA in December 2008 and the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from AICPA in December 2008.
