Head Of Middle East And Public Policy at World Gold Council

Andrew Naylor is an experienced executive in public policy and market development, currently serving as the Head of Middle East and Public Policy at the World Gold Council since September 2016. In this role, Andrew leads activities and advocacy efforts in the Middle East and manages the WGC subsidiary in Dubai. Prior to this, Andrew was the Head of APAC (excluding China) and Public Policy, overseeing operations in Southeast Asia, Australia, Japan, and Korea from Singapore. Andrew's earlier positions include Director of Central Banks and Public Policy at the World Gold Council and various roles at Cicero Group, including establishing its Asia Pacific office. Andrew served on the corporate board of the European Chamber of Commerce in Singapore and holds an MSc in Executive Global Masters in Management and a BSc (Hons) in Government and History from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
