Shohei Otsubo

Shohei joined WiL in 2022 to manage accounting, tax, and portfolio management for the Japan office, in addition to leading BPO services and support for portfolio companies entering the Japanese market.

Prior to joining WiL, Shohei provided accounting and tax compliance advisory services for international companies at TMF Group and Ernst & Young. Shohei also worked at TMF's headquarters in the Netherlands and their Sydney office, where he supported structured finance and Japan related services.

Shohei holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) from California State University, East Bay.
