Vicente de Paula Marques Filho

Vicente de Paula Marques Filho is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in acquisitions and mergers. Since January 1994, Vicente has been a partner at Marques Filho Advogados Associados, specializing in transactions, debt structuring, and the acquisition of companies in judicial recovery, among other areas. Vicente is also an associate at World M&A Alliance and a partner at JMB Advisors. Previously, Vicente served as a professor at UEL, teaching business law and was the Procurador Geral do Município in 2009. Vicente holds a doctorate in corporate law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, a master's degree in civil law from UEL, and has participated as a visiting scholar at Saint Louis University.
