Troy Zavagno

Troy Zavagno is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the shipping and video production industries. Currently serving as Solutions Architect Manager at World Shipping, Inc. since January 2021, Troy previously held the role of Solutions Architect Analyst at the same company. From 2008 to January 2022, Troy was the Owner of 3Z Video Productions, where expertise in videography and editing was showcased. Prior to that, Troy worked at UWL in various capacities including Strategic Improvement - Process & Training and Business Analyst, as well as Export Manager. With experience at Expeditors International as Ocean Export Customer Service Lead Agent from 2007 to August 2014, Troy consistently prioritized exceptional customer service.
