Gina Powell

Gina Powell has an extensive work history that spans several organizations. Gina began their career in 1990 at the Asian Development Bank, where they worked as an IT Support specialist until May 1991. Gina then moved on to the World Health Organization, where they served as a Computer Assistant from June 1991 to January 1994. Following that, they joined the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies as a Computer Systems Specialist from February 1994 to February 1997. Since March 1997, Gina has been working at the World Trade Organization, starting as a Senior Systems Engineer until February 2019. Gina then transitioned into the role of Head of Client Services Unit from March 2019 to May 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Client Services Section at the World Trade Organization, starting from June 2022.

Gina Powell began their education at Manila Science High School from 1980 to 1984. Gina then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science at the University of the Philippines, graduating from 1984 to 1989.
