Jen Myers Harris has extensive experience in direct marketing and fundraising roles. Jen is currently the Director of Direct Marketing at World Vision USA, where they oversee the strategy and execution of direct marketing channels and campaigns. Prior to this role, they served as the Acting Director of Direct Marketing and the Sr. Channel Campaign Manager at the same organization.

Before joining World Vision USA, Harris worked at Feed the Children, where they held various positions over a span of 13 years. Jen served as the Director of Direct Response Fundraising, Manager of Direct Response Fundraising, Supervisor of Direct Response Fundraising, Direct Response Fundraising Specialist, Fundraising Coordinator, and Donor Services Assistant. In these roles, they were responsible for planning and executing direct marketing campaigns, managing fundraising teams, developing fundraising strategies, and ensuring integration across multiple channels.

Throughout their career, Harris has demonstrated their expertise in maximizing impact and results for donor portfolios, implementing effective marketing strategies, and meeting revenue goals.

Jen Myers Harris completed coursework in Digital Transformation in Marketing at Cornell University in 2023. Earlier, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma between 2004 and 2008. Jen also holds a certification as a DMA Certified Marketing Professional (DCMP) from the Direct Marketing Association, obtained in 2016.
