Michael Optis

Michael Optis is a skilled construction manager and project manager with extensive experience in the semiconductor and data center sectors. Currently serving as the Owners Representative & Construction Manager for Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company with World Wide Professional Solutions, Michael oversees semiconductor tool installation projects, ensuring comprehensive management from design to successful system turnover. Prior to this role, Michael managed multiple projects at HITT Contracting Inc., focusing on mission-critical and hyperscale data centers, while also handling project financials and scheduling. Experience includes notable project management roles at John W. Danforth Company, where Michael led the build-outs of significant data centers, and previous positions including account executive and legislative assistant. Michael holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration with a dual concentration in Business and Finance from Rockefeller College and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Public Law from the University at Albany.
