Kurt Harris

Kurt Harris is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in systems engineering and management within both public and private sectors. Currently serving as Area Vice President at World Wide Technology since November 2017, Kurt oversees the SLED Systems Engineering organization and previously led the SLED West area focusing on state and local government and educational institutions. Prior to this role, Kurt spent 17 years at Cisco Systems, where responsibilities included managing departments for the Department of Defense and the United States Air Force, contributing to significant revenue management. Earlier career experience includes systems engineering roles at Harris Corporation, specializing in microwave communications. Kurt holds an MBA from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Communications & Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio, supplemented by coursework at The Wharton School.
