Raz Brod

Raz Brod is an experienced professional with a significant background in leadership and organizational management. Currently serving as Managing Director and previously as Business Development Manager at Wings on Board since January 2023, Raz has a proven track record in community coordination and legislative affairs from the role of Europe Desk Manager at WZO, where responsibilities included liaising between Jewish federations in Europe and the Israeli parliament from September 2021 to January 2023. Additionally, Raz contributed to the Mahanot HaOlim Youth Organization and Kibbutz Geva as a board member, overseeing strategic goals and financial reviews. Raz's earlier positions included Director of the Northern Region for the Kibbutzim Movement and Youth Lead at Kibbutz Geva, focusing on youth programs and mentorship. An academic background in sociology and government studies was obtained from The Open University of Israel.
