Enriz Ramirez

Enriz Ramirez is a highly experienced professional with experience in the fields of sales and marketing. Enriz began their career in 2001 as the Founder and President of Falu Enterprises, Inc., an interactive marketing and distribution company. In 2006, they joined WellCare as a Senior Manager of Medicare Sales, where they were responsible for the overall marketing and sales activities in their region. In 2013, they moved to UnitedHealth Group as a Regional Medicare Sales Manager, where they were responsible for training and development of sales staff, community outreach and development, marketing events, sales activities, monitoring and oversight of marketing schedules, lead management, provider relations, and overall management support of all field sales agents in assigned Medicare Sales Team. In 2019, they were appointed CEO of MCARE1, a national Medicare insurance sales agency in partnership with AGA National Field Marketing Organization. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing at WorldCastLive Inc., a growing technology firm with patented services in AR technologies and Engagement Software and Mobile Platforms.

Enriz Ramirez began their educational journey at Hagerstown Community College, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from 1990 to 1993. Enriz then attended University of Maryland Eastern Shore, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 1993 to 1995. Finally, they completed their education at Pace University, earning a Graduate Studies degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 1996 to 1998.
