Charles Carroll CEC AAC has a diverse and extensive culinary career, currently serving as the Founder of MyCompanyRadio since November 2018. In addition, Charles holds the position of Past President of the World Association of Chefs Societies (WORLDCHEFS) since February 2014 and has been the Executive Chef at River Oaks Country Club since May 2000. Prior to this, Charles served as Executive Chef at Oak Hill Country Club from January 1996 to January 2000. Charles is an alumnus of The Culinary Institute of America, having completed studies there from 1983 to 1985.
