Jasper Jek has accumulated extensive culinary experience since beginning a career in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Managing Partner and Executive Chef at Super Simple since February 2016, Jasper also holds the position of Young Chefs Ambassador Mentor with the World Association of Chefs Societies (WORLDCHEFS), where guidance is provided to 11 Young Chef Ambassadors globally. Previously, Jasper contributed as a Junior Sous Chef at Joël Robuchon Restaurant Singapore and held roles such as Chef de Partie at RE-NAA and President of the Singapore Junior Chefs Club. Jasper's academic background includes a Diploma in Culinary Skills from SHATEC and ongoing studies at Woosong University.
