Tony McNeal

Tony McNeal is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in technical recruiting and global talent management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent at Worldcoin since July 2022, McNeal previously held significant roles at Ro as Head of Technical Recruiting and at Facebook as Tech Recruiting Leader, where expertise included building and scaling recruiting teams to support rapid business growth. McNeal's career also features leadership positions at Dropbox, Vista Equity Partners, HERE, Huntington National Bank, Genentech, Inclusive HR Solutions, and Hewitt Associates, coupled with a strong academic background including a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Murray State University and studies at the University of Illinois Chicago.
