Cesc Carbó Roma began their career in 2007 as a Project Manager at CENTRAL DE PROJECTES MASSENS SL, where they executed projects related to Media Production and Social Events. In 2010, they joined Teknics | Advanced engineering and assembly as an Intern and Project Manager, developing tasks related to design, construction and installation of industrial machinery and building internal logistics for a thermo-solar mirror factory in Phoenix (AZ). In 2013, they took on the role of EMEA PPS CSS – Forecasting/Business Planner for Consumer Printing at HP. In 2015, they became a Business Developer at HEMAV S.L., where they defined market strategy, created a portfolio of services and defined innovation priorities. In 2016, they joined Worldcoo as a Fundraising Director and Fundraising Developer, leading the implementation of solidary technologies around the digital network and sharing SaaS solutions to foster micro-donations in Retail, offline & online. In 2020, they became the Founder & Business Director of Catalan Rosso, bringing to the market a new olive oil based sauce, and also took on the role of Investor - Mr. Jeff Franchise at MoreTimeForYou S.L., where they offered laundry daily services to let people look good, feel good and live good. In 2022, they started their current role as Commercial Sustainability Manager at ClimatePartner, where they work with 5.000+ companies enabling businesses to take climate action, and provides efficient and at scale corporate and product carbon footprints calculations, adding plenty of services to promote reduction, compensation and communication to maximize positive environmental impact.

Cesc Carbó Roma completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Master Thesis in Lean Product Development from Chalmers University of Technology in 2012 and a Posgrado en Desarrollo de Proyectos de Automática Industrial from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2011.
